I started this product and noticed a difference in the first month. Acne was clearing up and cramps were a lot better. I ran out of it and put off ordering (life got crazy) but period was awful and face broke out bad again. So reordered and have been on it ever since. I will not skip it again.

I have been taking the Myo inositol for a few weeks now and so far I’m loving it. I add it to my coffee every morning and taste nothing. It’s perfect great quality the packaging is great. I have noticed a little difference in my skin and energy level but I also have a few other things going on that I am trying to fix so I can’t get the full effect yet but I do know this product has made me feel better since my other problems have started. I believe I have a significant hormonal imbalance going on and i thought I would try this product first to see if it would help me and it has helped me get out of this funk I have been in. I still have a long way to go and I plan on trying other Select Balance products after my doctors visit. Thank you Select Balance for making good quality products. :)

My pelvic floor PT and Doula recommend taking this after coming off of birth control. It helped with some ovulation pain I was experiencing. I’m also continuing to take it in early pregnancy! My OB also approved.
