Regulated period
After taking this for about 3 weeks or so, I had my first period since starting it. Compared to my previous periods, which were 7-8 days long and super crampy/painful, this one was only 4 days long and no cramps! I definitely attribute it to this product!

Cannot live without this magic
This stuff has been a game changer for me. My energy is up and my mood is improved but the biggest win is my skin! My face is noticeably more clear when I drink this delicious powder in my tea every day. I'm really grateful to the Select Balance team for creating such a clean product at a great price. Life Changing
It’s been about a week now and I am so happy with this product. My moods have been great, and I have SO much energy. It’s amazing especially with raising 3 kids under 5. I haven’t had to drink a cup of coffee since. I’ve been telling all my friends about this product!!! I also messed up and ordered it for pick up when I needed it shipped to me and the company was so amazing they shipped it no problem and I got it super fast! Thank you guys!

Feel like a new human
I started taking this by suggestion of a woman off Instagram and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS but I had horrible acne and really rough periods. Since taking this I feel better mentally, my acne is gone and my periods are completely different, like I can function. I wish I knew about this earlier. Cannot recommend it enough.

Love this product
First time user of myo-inositol and it has really helped me! I was skeptical at first of what I heard about this product but the hormone balancing properties for someone like me who may or may not have PCOS is real. 1 teaspoon per day.

I’ve been taking inositol since 2015 for PCOS management. It’s the one supplement I can’t go without. Every morning in my tea, without fail. I swear by it for reducing cystic acne, regulating my cycle, and dealing with weird androgen issues.
