Really works!!
I took this for 9 months and decided to stop taking this supplement 2 months ago. Immediately, my first period was 8 days late. My second period was late and had TERRIBLE cramps. I started taking this again because now I know it really does help regulate my cycle and symptoms!!

Amazing stuff.
I started this product and noticed a difference in the first month. Acne was clearing up and cramps were a lot better. I ran out of it and put off ordering (life got crazy) but period was awful and face broke out bad again. So reordered and have been on it ever since. I will not skip it again.
