Returns Policy

Due to health and safety concerns, supplements, vitamins, minerals and personal care products cannot be returned even if they are not opened and no refunds can be issued for such items.

If you had any adverse effect after taking a supplement (such as nausea, stomach pains, bowel changes, etc.), please let us know and we will be happy to give you suggestions to avoid these symptoms in the future.

Our supplements our pure and potent without fillers so sometimes people just need to start at a lower dose and build up tolerance. Other times, people have to take supplements with medications and at the best time of the day for most benefit.

Whatever it is, we will help so you have the best experience.


Select Balance products can be shipped throughout the United States via flat-rate shipping.  Note, there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Our default shipping is 2-3 day parcel after the order has been processed.  We make every attempt to process orders either the same day or next business day.  If you require your shipment to be expedited, please contact us for next day delivery options.
