I started taking my inositol when my period came back 9 months post partum. I made the mistake of opting for a pill form of another brand and it truly did nothing. I ordered select balance which I had taken prior to my pregnancy and within a week of taking my cycle became a normal length (28 days vs 36) , my sugar cravings were better, and my hirsutism hair growth on my chin specifically was significantly reduced. Just a good reminder that sourcing matters. This is the only inositol I will take now.

As a woman with PCOS, I've never had regular cycles, and have had breakouts all my life. You will NOT catch me without this stuff.
