Well I was introduced to not only this brand but also this supplement by a woman on ig (as most of us are lol) and I decided after 8.5 months of being off bc and trying everything to start ovulating again I started taking this and did it for 3-4 weeks and started ovulating again! After taking this for about 3 weeks or so, I had my first period since starting it. Compared to my previous periods, which were 7-8 days long and super crampy/painful, this one was only 4 days long and no cramps! I definitely attribute it to this product!

I started taking this by suggestion of a woman off Instagram and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I haven’t been diagnosed with PCOS but I had horrible acne and really rough periods. Since taking this I feel better mentally, my acne is gone and my periods are completely different, like I can function. I wish I knew about this earlier. Cannot recommend it enough.
