These for me are the best! Easy to swallow the capsules verses mixing the powder and having a lot of "stuff" left. I take 3 in the morning as soon as i get up when my stomach is empty.. plus since it is magnesium i get less headaches overall!

I have been taking these for 2-3 years now. I take 2 with water before supper/dinner. If I forget which can happen, then I take them later up to bedtime. I so very much prefer the capsules over the powder!!!
