Life Saver!
Ever since giving birth a year ago my knees have hurt so bad. Bending, running, going bathroom, everything I did that involved my knees hurt! I had couple a couple other supplements and they would help a little, but the pain would still be there. After getting this I took the full dose for about a week. Only took till day two and I didn't notice my knees...no pain! I'm now down to 1-2 a day and I feel amazing! I've been able to lift heavy, run, and sit on my knees without pain. This stuff seriously saved my sanity! Would definitely recommend!
