Iron Deficient Anemia
I used to have Iron Deficiency Anemia. The doctors would give me chemical iron pills to take or recommend I get some cheap brand over the counter. I would get deathly ill from taking those pills. I would be bent over in pain for hours and my doctors would tell me "just keep taking them". My body was telling me that it was getting hurt by the ingestion of iron. So it took a few years for me to ever want to try Iron again. I tried this Iron and it didn't hurt me. I open up capsule and throw it in with my smoothie each morning. It goes down great. I'm so happy I found an iron that doesn't cause me pain or constipation.
