How to use your Coffee Enema Kit

The first time you try a coffee enema it can be quite the experience, but trust assured, you will get the hang of it after a few detoxes. Each Coffee Enema Kit contains all the accessories you need to get started with detoxing your digestive tract, liver and colon.

Making the Coffee

The first step is brewing the organic coffee grounds. Simply bring 16 oz. of distilled water on the stove to boil. Add 3 tbs of Select Balance green coffee grounds. Simmer on the stove for 10 minutes (stirring occasionally).

Next, add 16 oz. more distilled water to dilute the coffee brew. Let mixture cool to room temperature and strain with a cheese cloth. Discard the brewed coffee grounds.

Your detoxing coffee brew can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hrs. Reheat on warm to room temperature before administering your coffee enema.

Administering the Coffee Enema

Gather all the components of your detoxing coffee enema kit.  Schedule about an hour from start to finish and take some time to enjoy this personal self-care time!  We recommend doing a coffee enema detox daily for 4 weeks and then weekly for a few weeks and then monthly or as needed for maximum benefit.

We also prefer to lay a rug on the bathroom floor near the toilet and place an older towel on top of it for added comfort as this detoxing process can take 15-20 minutes.

Remember, practice makes perfect!  This is a new experience for you and your rectum, so it takes time to be ‘pooperfect’!
